Great place to stay with a family. Ms.Natalia at the front desk was amazing. Close to CVS, Bonefish Grill & 7/11 also walking distance to sea world.

Very bad experience with modifying the reservation done directly in the hotel website with my recent stay. Hotel staff are not at all helpful, online reservation doesn't work and customer care was not helping to resolve the issue.

Recently purchased a gold Seaworld annual pass. Attempted to get a hotel stay here with a discount since they are supposedly a Seaworld Hotel Partner. While trying to get prices with the representative was literally like jumping through hoops. Then after I answered all the questions she asked regarding my stay, she told me she could not provide me a price because I have to show proof of my pass upon check in? I'm sorry. Why would I want to book a hotel for an unknown price? Does this make sense to anyone? That's okay. I will stay at another hotel that is a partner that actually gives me a price. Thanks.

Pushy staff who barged into room to see if we would be checking out even though it was still an hour from check out time. Such unprofessional staff member ruined a good stay.

Great hotel with nice rooms. The price was very reasonable for the location. The few included a nice look at SeaWorld, so we got to enjoy their firework shows a few nights during the stay. Staff kept the rooms clean during the stay.
